If there were previous attempts to remove the stain with common generic household cleaners and/or using a “scrubbing” action, the stain may have become pushed down deep into the fibers, making complete removal difficult. If the stain has been pushed down deep into the leather fibers, you may have to use a dye product to conceal the stain.
